Terms and Conditions

If any part of this agreement becomes invalid, the rest will still apply until further notice. This agreement sets the rules for merchants using the platform. All users must follow these terms. Merchants joining through partners share their store information. Only the platform management or courts can change this agreement. The Arabic version is the official one if translated. Users will be informed of changes, and continuing to use the platform means they accept them. Only the platform management can change or cancel this agreement. As the following points:

·       If any part of this agreement is invalidated or canceled, the remaining provisions will stay in effect until further notice from Summar Town’s management.

·       This agreement governs the relationship between the merchant, their store, and the Summar Town platform. All parties must adhere to its terms.

·       The terms and conditions apply to all users of the Summar Town platform, regulating the relationship between the merchant and Summar Town, regardless of the merchant's legal status.

·       Merchants who join through Success Partners give them access to their store information.

·       Only Summar Town platform management or judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia can amend this agreement.

·       If translated, the Arabic version of the agreement is the authoritative text.

·       Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of those changes.

·       This agreement can only be canceled or modified by a decision from Summar Town’s management.
